My Writing

Creating actionable insights from research.

In our current climate, there is a disconnect between research and practice. What is studied and what is practiced very rarely line up. And unfortunately, when it is, it's not shared in a way that makes it widely accessible.

In addition to my research, I write about exercise psychology and behavior change, and the role of technology in improving exercise adherence/motivation. Topics of interest include issues with current trends in wearable fitness space, effective goal setting, mental skills to aid in behavior change, developing a "champion's mindset," confidence, visualization, and much more.
